The show then became very popular for almost two decades. It was ranked second to all radio and television programs that time. Gunsmoke occupied the top spot. Directed by Seymour Berns and company and starred by Red Skelton, the show boost to fame and eventually made marks on both televisoin and radio. It originally aired via NBC but then years after, transferred to CBS and ran for 15 years. It then went back to NBC until its last episode on 1971.</p>

He was born on May 30, 1908. Started the radio industry at a young age in 1927 for the KGW program The Hoot Owls, where his ability to provide voices for multiple characters first attracted attention. There He started building his career and eventually moved to hall of fame. Blanc was famous for having different voice. The most popular was his voice over of Warner Bros. character Bugs Bunny. </p>
<p>He was in the radio industry for more than six decade. During his last years, Blanc spend two seasons for voicing the robot Twiki in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.  One of his last recording sessions was for a new animated theatrical version of The Jetsons. </p>
<p>Mel Blanc died on July 10, 1989 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California of heart disease and emphysema.</p>

<p>The show lasted for almost 5 years, and ended on March 3, 1953. It was then replaced by The Little Immigrant in 1950 with its main cast Vito Scotti.</p>
