Sam and Henry was a situation comedy series performed by Freeman Gosden and Charles Correll. The show first aired on January 12,1926. However, it was short lived. Sam and Henry only lasted for two years, ended on 1928. Although it only lasted for two years, the show leaved marks of their traits as they were most popular to Midwestern listeners. The show compiled around 586 episodes in 2 years.

The Red Skelton Show was a variety show originated in America and made its debut on 1948. The show then became very popular for almost two decades. It was ranked second to all radio and television programs that time. Gunsmoke occupied the top spot. Directed by Seymour Berns and company and starred by Red Skelton, the show boost to fame and eventually made marks on both televisoin and radio. It originally aired via NBC but then years after, transferred to CBS and ran for 15 years. It then went back to NBC until its last episode on 1971.

Our Miss Brooks was an American comedy radio program dated back on 1948. Starring Eve Arden(Connie Brooks), the show portrayed the life of a high school English teacher.

It was first aired on CBS via radio streams.It was a hit on radio from the outset; within eight months of its launch as a regular series, the show landed several honors, including four for Eve Arden, who won polls in four individual publications of the time lasted for 9 years. The show then made its debut on television on 1952. It became one of the medium’s earliest hits. The show lasted for about 4 years on television streams and ended on 1956.

Old Gold Comedy Theater also known as Harold Lloyd Comedy Theater was was an NBC series that first aired on radio streams during 1944. It was hosted by comedy star Harold Lloyd and featured some of the biggest names from film and radio. It was a 30 minute program with original time broadcast during Sundays at 10:30 – 11:00 pm.

The show only lasted for a year and ended quickly on 1945.

My Favorite Husband was an American radio program and network television series. It was first aired during 1948 via CBS. Main cast were Lucille Ball and Richard Denning. The series was based on the 1940 novel Mr. and Mrs. Cugat, written by Isabel Scott Rorick, which had previously been adapted into the 1942 Paramount feature film Are Husbands Necessary?, co-starring Ray Milland and Betty Field. My Favorite Husband compiled 124 episodes in almost 3 years of existence. The series ended on March 31, 1951

Milton Berle Show was an American comedy program replacement for Texaco Star Theater. It was played by Milton Berle and it was the show that gave him the nickname “Mr. Television”. Milton Berle Show was first aired on NBC during March 11, 1947. Co-stars include Pert Kelton, Mary Schipp, Jack Albertson, Arthur Q. Bryan, Ed Begley and announcer Frank Gallop. The series lasted for only a year and quickly ended on April 13, 1948.

Mel Blanc Show-Birthday Card Promotion

Mel Blanc Show was an American comedy program headed by Mel Blanc. He was born on May 30, 1908. Started the radio industry at a young age in 1927 for the KGW program The Hoot Owls, where his ability to provide voices for multiple characters first attracted attention. There He started building his career and eventually moved to hall of fame. Blanc was famous for having different voice. The most popular was his voice over of Warner Bros. character Bugs Bunny.

He was in the radio industry for more than six decade. During his last years, Blanc spend two seasons for voicing the robot Twiki in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. One of his last recording sessions was for a new animated theatrical version of The Jetsons.

Mel Blanc died on July 10, 1989 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California of heart disease and emphysema.

The show during that time are in tangled with other comedy show such as Amos and Andy, Easy Aces and many more. The series existed for more than two decades. It waved goodbye and had its final episode broadcast during 1954.

Life With Luigi was was a radio comedy-drama series dated back in 1948. It was first aired in radio streams via CBS on September 21. The series was about an Italian immigrant named Luigi Basco(played by J. Carrol Naish). It portrayed his life as an immigrant living in Chicago.

The show lasted for almost 5 years, and ended on March 3, 1953. It was then replaced by The Little Immigrant in 1950 with its main cast Vito Scotti.

It was headed by actor William Bendix as Chester Riley. Supporting cast includes John Brown. The show lasted for 9 years and ended on 1950. After that, it was brought to television and aired via NBC. Sponsors includes Procter and Gamble,American Meat Institute,Marx Brother, Gummo and Pabst Blue Ribbon.
